There are adventures around every corner and much left to discover — both within ourselves and in the world around us. Here you will find stories about places I have visited and places I long to see. I paint what I have seen and what I love. Sometimes I paint what I wish existed.
I Paint Nordic landscapes, moose, lighthouses, vintage aircraft and strange creatures from an imagined world.
My work moves between Scandinavian countryside, maritime harbors, aviation art and industrial railway scenes, combining realism with a quiet sense of storytelling.
You will find coastal watercolor paintings with tugboats and sailboats, Scandinavian seascapes with lighthouses, aviation art with Spitfires over historic skylines, and rural scenes with barns, tractors and winter roads. I also return often to Nordic wildlife — moose, fish and other animals that belong to the northern landscape.
This mix of Nordic light, maritime watercolor, aviation art, Scandinavian countryside and industrial realism is the core of my style as a watercolor artist based in Sweden.
